Your Data, Explained Simply

When you shop with us, you hand over some personal details. Name, address, email, phone — the usual. We also see what you browse and what you buy. Payment info goes straight to our payment processors; we don't hold onto your card numbers. The goal is simple: get your order where it needs to go and make the site work better for everyone.

We use your info to process orders, send shipping updates, and handle customer service. Your email might get used for marketing if you've opted in, but you can opt out at any time. Browsing data helps us figure out what's working and what isn't — which products people love, which pages confuse people, that kind of thing. It's all about making the experience less annoying.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate. Shipping companies need your address. Payment processors need your payment details. Email tools need your email. Analytics platforms get anonymized or aggregated data. None of them are allowed to use your info for their own purposes. We don't sell data. Period.

You have rights over your data. You can request a copy, ask for corrections, or request deletion. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails whenever. If you want to exercise any of those rights, use the contact form on the site. We retain order data for legal and accounting reasons, typically a few years. Marketing data gets purged if you're no longer engaging. Cookie preferences can be managed in your browser settings if you'd rather not be tracked.
