Agreeing to these terms is part of shopping here. If you don't agree, don't place an order. Simple enough.
We aim for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions, but mistakes slip through. If a price or description is wrong, we can cancel the order and refund you. We can limit order quantities. Out-of-stock items won't ship, and restocks aren't promised.
Orders can't be edited after placement — no adding, no removing. Address changes and cancellations need to happen fast. Contact us right away if you need one. We'll do our best but can't promise anything.
Product photos are representative. Your screen might show colors a little differently. Limited-edition items are exactly that — limited. Collabs have their own availability windows.
You're on the hook for your shipping address. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, reshipping might cost extra. International customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We don't set them and can't predict them.
Carrier delays, weather events, and other outside factors aren't our responsibility. If something goes wrong with a shipment, contact us and we'll help.
